§ご利用規約§

・Triq pinAの全ての作品(立体物、平面物、立体物を撮影した写真のデジタルデータ、ネガ、印刷物、当サイトに掲載されている画像、文字列、当使用許諾ならびにこれらの複製物)の著作権はTriq pinAに帰属します。

・Triq pinAの全ての作品は、販売中・販売後の別を問わず、著作権法の保護の対象となります。ご購入頂いたお客様は、個人的に又は家庭内その他これに準ずる範囲内における使用権を取得するものとします。

・本規約は、ご購入頂いた個人のお客様が一般向けイベントでの着用・撮影、その他これに準ずるご使用を妨げません。

・ご購入頂いたTriq pinAの作品を個人で撮影した画像データ、Triq pinAのWEBサイトの画像や文字列の一部または全部を、一般向けの個人のWEBサイト・ブログ、ご自身のSNSアカウントなどへ転用する際は、Triq pinAの作品であることを明示していただく場合を除き、禁止いたします。

・Triq pinAの作品及び写真の一部または全部に加工を加えたものを第三者が閲覧可能な状態とする際は、加工前の状態との比較ができる資料を添付した上で、加工前の状態がTriq pinAのものであることを明記して頂く場合を除き、禁止いたします。

・Triq pinAの有する著作権を侵害し、或いは法令に違反し、または公序良俗に反する使用が発覚した場合、損失ならびに信頼回復にかかる費用を負担して頂きます。

・Triq pinAの作品及び写真の一部または全部を出版物・ウェブサイト・ブログ・SNSなどを通して商用利用する場合は、事前にTriq pinAにご利用の申請をするものとします。ご申請頂いた掲載先の精査と利用方法の確認の結果、利用をお断りすることもございます。

・公共の場所での装着、撮影
・Triq pinAと明記してネットへの公開

NG:禁止
・Triq pinAと明記しないで第三者が閲覧可能な状態とすること全般
・入場条件、購入条件に年齢制限を求めるイベント、書籍、他メディアへの掲載
・Triq pinAの作品及び写真の一部または全部に加工を行って第三者が閲覧可能な状態とすること

Terms of Service

・Copyrights of all works of Triq pinA (digital data of photographs of three-dimensional objects, planar objects, three-dimensional objects, negatives, prints, images posted on this site, character strings, this license and these copies) belongs to Triq pinA.

(2) Citationing of image or character strings of Triq pinA's web site, some or all, to personal websites, blogs, and your SNS account for public, etc.

・When remodeling / processing and publishing to Triq pinA's work / Triq pinA's work's photo / Triq pinA's website photos, have to add material and document that can be compared with before processing.

・When infringing the copyright of Triq pinA, violating laws, violating regulations or use contrary to public order and morals, you must bear to Triq pinA the loss and or the cost of restoring trust.

・In the case of commercial use of Triq pinA's works and photographs through publications, websites, blogs, SNS, etc., you apply to Triq pinA beforehand. Depending on the applied publisher and use, there is a possibility that Triq pinA refusing.

・ Photographing and fitting works by individuals.
・ Wearing in public places, shooting.
・ Publish to the Internet with specifying TriqpinA.

NG: Prohibited
・ To publish it without informing that it is a work of TriqpinA.
・ To publish it to event,book, and media which entry conditions, purchase conditions age-restricted. ・ To publish of processed goods in a state where comparison before and after processing can not be done.
